Simply put, a CE and UKCA label mean essentially the same thing. All toys manufactured in the European Union must have a CE mark. This mark means that the manufacturer followed all of the health and safety standards, and as such, the product is safe for the consumer, and in this case, children under the age of 14.

Since Britain is no longer part of the European Union, the UK has created it's own mark to use, this is the UKCA mark. This mark indicates that the manufacturer followed all health and safety standards set out in Britain. At Sun Puddle Adoption, we don't manufacture any of our teddies, they are all second hand. Due to this, some of our teddies do not have a CE or UKCA mark, which means we cannot list them as "toys" and that they are not recommended for any persons under the age of 14.
