SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed, we let your teddy know that he is off to his new home. He helps us to pack his things and then sets off on his journey ready to arrive at your home around 3 to 5 business days later.

We aim to be as sustainable as we can, so when you receive your order it make come in a recycled box.

Please note that the delivery time for t-shirts is 2-4 weeks due to using a print on demand service.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that you may need to return your order after purchasing and are hoppy to offer refunds upon the return of your teddy within 30 days of postage date. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
